LPN Support on Cycle Count

Cycle Count in ShipHero Mobile now supports LPN-based inventory counting
, giving warehouse teams a more accurate way to count inventory stored in pallets, cartons, and nested container structures.
With this release, users can:
Count standalone LPNs, parent LPNs, nested LPNs, and loose items
 in the same Cycle Count task

Scan an LPN to count the items inside it
.
Drill into nested LPNs
 to count their contents.
Mark
expected LPNs as Not found
 when they are missing from the location or parent LPN
.
Scan and count Unexpected LPNs
 found during the count.
Save item quantity differences and LPN-level mismatches
 as discrepancies.
Review LPN discrepancies
 after the count, including missing LPNs, unexpected LPNs, nested LPN mismatches, and quantity variances.
This update helps teams count inventory at the level where it is physically stored, while keeping visibility into both the container structure and the items inside each LPN.
Note: To use this feature, LPNs must be enabled for the account.
