Data Exports are available to every customer
The free tier is enabled by default for every ShipHero account and includes:
- Full exports weekly:a complete snapshot of the available data for your account.
- Delta exports every six hours:new and updated records from the export window.
Both tiers include the same data categories: orders, shipments, returns, products, inventory, purchase orders, 3PL, users and labor. The paid tier increases how frequently exports are generated.
Get started
Use the
data_exports
GraphQL query to find completed export runs and download account-scoped Parquet files. Both tiers use the same query and file format.Contact your CSM with questions, for pricing or to enable the paid tier.
